Director of Out-of-School Time Partnerships

Temporary Full-Time (with potential for continuation based on new awards and/or opportunities)

United Way of Central Minnesota (UWCM) is seeking a dynamic and organized professional to serve as the Director of Out-of-School Time Partnerships. This position will lead the overall coordination, implementation, and oversight of the 21CCLC program, ensuring alignment with grant objectives and community goals.
 
The Director of Out-of-School Time Partnerships will manage the program budget and contracts, facilitate partnerships, convene key stakeholders, and support the ongoing development of high-quality, equitable programming that benefits students and families. This is a temporary full-time role with the potential for continuation depending on future funding and opportunities.

We seek a motivated self-starter with an interest in non-profits and making a positive impact in the community. This position will assist in various social service task work within the Community Impact department.

Resource Development Intern

Unpaid Fall, Spring, or Summer Position

We seek a motivated, detail-oriented, self-starter with an interest in non-profit fundraising who can work well with others and fill an integral role in our Resource Development department. This position will be supervised with direction from Resource Development staff. This is an unpaid position.
