The tournament will be limited to 30 teams. The 2 teams that raise the most money through crowdfunding will get a bye during bracket play, automatically advancing them towards the championship game.
Each team has the opportunity to crowdfund. When a team completes their registration, a crowdfunding account will be created for them. Your team can crowdfund simply by sharing this link with their networks: uwcm.unitedwayhelps.org/crowd.
When they follow the link, donors are asked to select the individual and/or kickball team that they would like their donation to be linked to. The 2 teams that raise the most money through crowdfunding will get a bye during bracket play, automatically advancing them towards the championship game.
Rules will be emailed to Team Captains and posted on the website at least two weeks prior to the tournament. All players must be over 18 and sign a waiver before participating. Volunteer umpires will be present on every field to ensure fair play and to keep teams on the schedule.
Team uniforms are not required but are HIGHLY encouraged.
Every team member (8 – 12 people per team) will receive a swag bag with items from our sponsors. The winner of the tournament will receive a traveling trophy. (Trophy currently displayed at Capital One)

Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the concession stand at Whitney Park. Please do not bring alcohol into the park.
In case of inclement weather, the tournament will be held on Friday, May 31, 2019. We cannot refund your payment in the unlikely event of a weather-related cancellation due to previously accrued expenses. In the event of a cancellation or delay, updates will be posted on United Way’s website, Facebook page and emails will be sent to team captains.
