Campaign Manager Resources
The United Way workplace campaign has been called one of the greatest social inventions in American history. Working together with employers and more than a million volunteers each year, United Way invites people to advance the common good and create opportunities for a better life for all.
As a Campaign Manager, you are part of a group of caring individuals who positively impact thousands of people in need throughout Central Minnesota. You enable your co-workers to participate in creating a stronger community by planning, organizing and coordinating a successful United Way campaign within your company.
You will make a positive impact by asking one simple question, "Will you please consider giving to United Way?" The number one reason people do not give to United Way is because they are not asked.
We have put some tools together to help assist you in coordinating your company's employee giving campaign and help you make "the ask":
Toolkit for Campaign Managers (Tools to run your United Way campaign such as How Your Dollars Help in YOUR Community, What Your Dollars Can Buy, Partner Programs, etc.)
- Materials:
- Pledge Card
- Designation Card
- Best Practices
- Corporate Pledge Card
- 10 Reasons to Give to United Way
- What is United Way of Central Minnesota
- New Hire/Retiree Brochure & Pledge Card
- Jeans Day stickers, Casual Day stickers (use Avery 5163 template for stickers)
Thank you for volunteering your time to run your company’s United Way campaign. Through your work, you are touching the lives of thousands in Central Minnesota because we all win when a child succeeds in school, when families are financially stable and when people have good health.
