Family Engagement Manager
What do you do at United Way of Central Minnesota?
I am the family engagement manager. In that role, I support network organizations that serve families in our community. I help develop and enhance family engagement opportunities, support positive relationships and collaborative partnerships with youth, staff, parents, families, schools and community organizations to promote programs, activities and events, and orchestrate the distribution of resources obtained in collaboration with UWCM.
What aspect of your role do you enjoy the most?
I love to collaborate with leaders in the community who serve families in our community and to see growth and development in the lives of staff, students and families.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
I enjoy spending time at home or on an outing with my husband and children.
